Portention is available to Arabian, Paint and warmblood mares. He is only 74.5% Arabian and will only produce 87.25% part-Arabian pintos when bred to a pure Arabian. His foals will not be considered Pintabian, which require 99%+ Arabian blood. However, he is a homozygous tobiano, which means he will always throw the tobiano pattern and is a fantastic start to someone looking for their own foundation stock on their way to breeding Pintabians, possessing the additional silver gene.
